Weight loss need not NECESSARILY mean, you have turned healthy!!!

Weight loss is healthy only if you lose body fat without losing muscles (lean body mass). Weight loss should not be done by starving or by dieting. Rather, it has to be done by eating a balanced nutrition plan that also involves food you normally eat (Staple food) and definitely the food that you enjoy.
